Goodby Picton! Goodby South Island!
With laundry done and a smaller sleep deficit, we dropped the car off and boarded the ferry. As you can see, we had a very pleasant day to cross the channel. The ferry made good time. We arrived mid-afternoon in Wellington, picked up our next car and took some time to find a motel. The pix are all on the Picton side. Not much more to say - the next pix we took were the next day.
